A striking Hoop Door Knocker (also known as a Ring Door Knocker) with an Aged Brass finish.

Crafted in the West Midlands from solid unlacquered brass by a small foundry in the UK, and hand-finished to an exceptionally high quality.

Uniquely aged by hand to give the appearance of a timeworn product, with warm mellow tones. Being a hand produced living finish*, each product has individual character.

The classic Hoop or Ring style has been popular on front doors for well over 200 years, and remains so today on both period and contemporary homes.

Complete with circular striker plate.

Secured to to the door by a single fixing bolt drilled through the door, secured at the top of the Hoop, and another fixing bolt secures the striker plate. The fixing screws are supplied with aged brass caps to neatly finish the job.

* A living finish receives a protective wax coating prior to despatch. Normal wear and handling will allow the contact areas to reveal the metal below helping to create an aged effect. An occasional application of a good beeswax polish can be applied if required.
